Tammy's market knowledge and experience resulted in us selling for far more than our Asking Price and we had multiple offers to review. Our home was listed on a Saturday morning, and we were signing selling papers Monday night. 

Tammy did a great job communicating with us via text/email/phone keeping us updated on all inspections, and necessary forms. She also helped put us in touch with professional help sprucing up our front and back yards. Very helpful. She answered phone calls and text messages very quickly.
